Following are the terms of use of surpriseforu.com. All your conduct on the website shall be governed by these terms of use. You will be advised to kindly read this document carefully. Please do not use the website if you do not agree to any of the terms that are mentioned over here. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: This cancellation policy refers to both cancellations by Surpriseforu.com and the ones by the customers. 

Cancellation by "surpriseforu.com"

Your order for purchase on surpriseforu shall be cancelled in one or more of the following instances:

• If the product no longer exists or is out of stock with the vendor. In this case, you can be offered an alternate product, the purchase of which is up to your discretion.
• If there is a limitation on the quantity that you can buy of a particular product and your purchase exceeds that limit.
• If wrong pricing or promotion has been offered by the vendor or it has happened because of typographical error.
• If there are some problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
• If the address provided is inaccurate or inadequate.
• If the location that you mentioned is non-serviceable.

While we will strive to inform you about the cancellation before the payment (only where possible), there is a possibility that the information might come to you after the payment has been made for the purchase. In that case, your payment shall be credited to your account and you shall be duly notified about the same through email. 

Cancellation by Customer 
For Cake:- In cases where we receive your intimation for order cancellation within 6 hours or prior to order processing, whichever is less, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire money for the same.

For Other Products
In cases where we receive your intimation for order cancellation within 24 hours or prior to order processing, whichever is less, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire money for the same. However, no cancellation requests shall be entertained post 24 hours or processing / shipping of the product or both.

However we do not guarantee and commit, but still we try our level best to delivery only 100% Vegetarian products as far as they are food and eatable goods.

Since we are not manufacturing the product, the actual content and ingredients may not be known to us and/or disclosed to us by our suppliers due to privacy and secret regarding their recipe, we do not make any commitment regarding the presence or absence of any specific ingredient in any of the product delivered by Surpriseforu or its subsidiary services. 

During National Holidays and other Festivals, extra charge will be levied. (the same shall be informed to the customer while order booking / prior to delivery) 

Product: The image displayed on the site or requested by you or the recipient is indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape or design as per the availability.

Deliveries: Client should provide accurate delivery details such as: Recipient Name, Contact no/s, complete shipping / delivery address with proper Landmark, etc. We shall call the recipient in case our delivery boy is unable to trace the location, even if the order is supposed to surprise the recipient.

Every SFU order is hand-delivered by our professional, and we make every effort to deliver your order as quick as possible.
Kindly allow around 4 hours of time for dispatch/delivery of ordered product or service for same day delivery. However, SFU always strives to match the desired delivery timelines and give our clients an enriching experience.

Fixed time deliveries: Though we accept exact/fixed time delivery, there may be a difference of +30 or -30 mins than the requested time.

MIDNIGHT deliveries: Midnight delivery is a privilege we extend to our customers at a cost.
 

Kindly place the order before 7:00 PM for same day deliveries. Any orders placed after 7:00 PM will be considered for next day deliveries.

Although we believe in Timely Delivery, we do not make any commitment regarding midnight deliveries to get it delivered at sharp 12:00 Midnight. There may be external factors which affect the timing of delivery, for which we are not liable or do not provide any refund/replacement. 

Delivery will be made between 11.30 pm to 12.30 am on mentioned/requested delivery date. We deliver on Sundays also.

If the order is supposed to surprise the recipient and the receiver should not be called before the delivery, you should specify the same to us in advance.

• Delivery attempts: Maximum 2 times. Any attempts beyond this, additional charges will be applicable as per client’s request.
• Unsuccessful deliveries: We make every effort to ensure that our Client receives excellent service. However, in below cases we will consider the order executed:
  • Wrong or incomplete delivery address
  • Premises locked or recipient not being present or not responding the calls
  • Wrong contact number because of which we are unable to reach the recipient
  • Security not allowing
  • Recipient refusing to accept the delivery
  • Instructions by recipient or you to deliver the product at the Reception/Gate/with Neighbour
  • Maximum 2 attempts

In all of the above cases, SFU will not be responsible and payment shall be made by the Client in full as per the order.

Delivery concerns: All products are deemed accepted upon our delivery of the product to you or your designated recipient's address. Any product or delivery concerns can be addressed if raised within 24 hours of delivery.

In case the product is not delivered due to Natural calamities such as: Floods / Heavy Rains / or National Bandh or any other unavoidable circumstances, we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.

• SFU reserves the right to Accept, Decline, or Cancel the order (in whole or in part) for any reason/s whatsoever.
• SFU reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the sale or delivery of any of our product or service with / without notice.
• SFU reserves the right to revise Price of products or services at any point in time; however, the same will be informed to respective clients in advance.

Online: Customer can place order on website and make the payment through online payment modes: Debit Cards / Credit Cards / Net banking / PayPal.
Any Visa / Master / Maestro / and any domestic or international Credit Cards are accepted on our website.
SFU doesn’t take the responsibility of any transaction which is processed without your consent and knowledge. The cardholder is solely and totally liable for the transactions and the amount charged.

Refund Policy: Refund could be processed if it is agreed upon and communicated in writing to our Client.

All above terms & conditions are applicable for delivery of products or services in Ahmedabad City.
