Same Day Delivery: Forgot an important event? Why fret? You can still send the gift through Surpriseforu.com. If you place an order for cakes and/or flowers before 4:00 pm, your delivery shall be made on the same day. Please note that no other products except cakes and flowers are entertained for same day delivery.
Midnight Delivery: There is no better feeling than receiving the gift right when the day turns. At Surpriseforu.com, you can send cakes and/or flowers to your loved ones right at the midnight hour. Again, this would only be available if the order is placed prior to 7:00 pm. All orders placed post 7:00 pm shall be delivered the next day. Also, the option of midnight delivery is only available for cakes and flowers.
Delivery for all products except cakes & flowers: While the delivery of the cakes and/or flowers can be done on the same or the next working day (depending upon the ordering time. Read through 'Same Day Delivery' and 'Midnight Delivery' sections for more information), the delivery for the rest of the products shall be made as per the lead time offered by the vendor / merchant.
Free India Shipping: Most of the products shipping in India shall remain absolutely free of cost.
International Shipping: Have you got your relatives abroad? Surprise them with beautiful gifts. In case of international shipping, the shipping charges shall be charged on the actual or volumetric weight of the item purchased. To know the shipping charges that will be levied on your product, you can add the product to the shopping cart and enter the shipping address. On providing such details, the shipping charges shall be displayed. The final payment can be made after evaluating such shipping charges.
Package Tracking: As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a mail from Surpriseforu.com with the tracking number of the shipment. You can track your package using that particular tracking number.
PRICE CHANGE: The price of a certain item might change from time to time, depending upon the market situation and the vendor's price. You will be advised to thoroughly check the price and other terms before making a purchase of the product. In no case shall we be responsible for any loss that might arise due to wrong price perception or basing your decision on the pricing of any other day / time than the day / time when you actually purchased.
